From the rolling hills of Český Krumlov, Rustic Beans began as a dream shared by two friends, Eliska Novak and Jan Svoboda. Their vision was simple: to bring the rich, authentic flavors of organic, fair-trade coffee to the heart of Czechia. They carefully selected beans from family-owned farms.
